Nomination Request for Executive Committee Positions for Year 2014-2015
Dear Members,The time has come to elect or re-elect our CAUME Executive Committee for year 2014-2015. Therefore, you are kindly invited and encouraged to take part of this important volunteer effort.
1) The Nomination Process:
Interested members are invited to submit their nomination by April 27th, 2014 as per attached nomination form. Please make sure that you receive your email acknowledgement from the CAUME Secretary or Nomination Chairman after your submission.
Then the nomination chairman together with CAUME Executive Committee will meet on 27th April, 2014 to finalize each nomination. If there are multiple nominations for any particular position, we will make our best efforts to mitigate any election scenario. If such effort fails, we will make arrangements to hold an election only for those positions.
The nominations shall reach CAUME secretary prasanna125@hotmail.com and nomination chairman mperera@groupesm.com on or before 7 pm - Sunday the 27th, April 2014.

§ Secretary
§ Asst. Secretary
§ Treasurer
§ Director - Special Events
§ Director – Communications
§ Seven Committee Members
2) The Constitution amendments/motions:
If you wish to submit any constitution amendment or motions, please make arrangements to submit them on or before April 27th, 2014 . Your participation and cooperation for the betterment of CAUME is highly appreciated.

CALLING FOR MORA LEADERS
Dear Members,
This is a friendly reminder for the CAUME Nomination for 2014 Executive Committee. As you already aware, the CAUME Nominations were called in order to select CAUME Executive Committee for the year 2014 – 2015.
Please be informed that the dead line for the CAUME Nomination receipt is Sunday the 27th, April 2014 at 0700pm. Therefore, please make necessary arrangements to submit your valuable nominations to CAUME Secretary, Mr Prasanna Wickramasinghe (prasanna125@hotmail.com) and Nomination Chairman, Mr Mohan Perera (mperera@groupesm.com) on or before the dead line.
